Registration policy

[ ] All requests for check-in/check-out outside of scheduled hours are subject to approval by the property and must be requested at least 1 day before arrival.

[ ] Everyone's passport photo is required for registration at check-in time.

[ ] Unregistered guests will be not allowed.

[ ] Should the number of occupants exceed the registered guest count, a penalty equivalent to five times the standard service charge will be levied, ranging from 1,500 to 3,000 baht per person, per night.

Cleaning policy

[ ] The room will be cleaned after check-out. Should you require light cleaning during your stay, equipment has been provided for your convenience within the room.

[ ] Please note that cleaning services requested during your stay will be subject to an additional charge of 600 baht.

[ ] However, should your stay be more than one week, we would be pleased to offer a complimentary room cleaning service one time.

[ ] Kindly refrain from wearing outdoor footwear inside the room. You may leave them by the door.

Smell lingers policy

[ ] A fine of 5,000 baht will be imposed for smoking in the room.

[ ] Please refrain from bringing any cooking gas.

[ ] Please refrain from cooking or bringing strongly odorous food into the room. A fine of 5,000 baht will be imposed if any strong smell persists in the room after check-out. (e.g., seafood, curry, onions, etc.).

Damaged policy

[ ] Should any furniture or decorations within the room incur damage, a charge will be applied, the amount of which will be determined based on the price set by the host.

[ ] Burning-type mosquito repellents are not permitted. If you are sensitive to mosquito bites, please ask the host for room sprays or lotions.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 08:00:00.

If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to THB 3,000 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy.
