Perfect for those looking for the best of both worlds—urban energy and coastal serenity. Please note : - The rental price includes electricity for 200 baht pr. night. Usage over will be charged at 6 baht pr. unit extra. Electric meter will be read at check in and check out. In average, a group for this size villa uses about 200 baht per night depending mostly on Aircondition usage. Energy saving is for the sake of our world :) - Please note, while the condominium does offer parking, spaces are limited and parking cannot be assigned. This will be available on a first come first serve basis, we are not able to guarantee that this will always be available, particularly during the busy season.
