Whale Island Company was established in 2017. As a company specializing in the management of pool villa rental in Phuket, all our staff are looking forward to your arrival. A damage deposit of 2000 THB is requested upon check in. Your deposit will be refunded in full on check-out, subject to an inspection of the property. Electricity is charged at 7 THB/unit (kWh). We will take a photo of the official meter during your check-in and another one at check-out. We kindly ask you to settle this bill before leaving. You can expect to pay about 170 THB per bedroom per day, for a normal usage, with aircon during the night. But if you leave the aircon running while you are not in the property, you will most likely pay an additional 250 THB. While still a minimal cost, this policy is in place to avoid wastage and preserve our beautiful island!
