Built on a large plot of more than 500m2 of private land, Villa Toya is the biggest property within Villa Suksan, a small luxury development in the heart of Rawai. It is beautifully designed in a Balinese layout with its own garden bursting with tropical plants and flowers. L-shaped around an unusually large swimming pool, the villa consists of a main pavilion hosting 4 bedrooms, connected to a large living and dining area. The spacious and elegantly designed swimming pool is one of the main features of this property. Finished in the traditional Andaman dark blue ceramic tiles, with underwater lighting, it creates an elegant and romantic atmosphere in the evening. The beautifully appointed living room with a lot of furniture and curios from Hong Kong, opens directly on the pool and enjoys a sweeping garden view. It is the perfect place to spend time with your family or friends. The 4 bedrooms, each one with its own bathroom and closet, are in the attached wing and offer a lot of privacy. Their furniture is also slightly exotic, contributing to a subtle change of scenery, without ever being overbearing. The modern western style kitchen is fully equipped and very convenient. Please note: Electricity is not included and is charged separately at 8 THB/unit (kWh). We provide one bath towel (red) and one pool towel (blue or grey) per person, as well as one set of complimentary shampoo and shower gel per room upon check-in. Make-up cleaning and change of bed sheets and towels are provided on a weekly basis.
