This Brand New Goldena Residence Private Pool Villa is just a 10–15 minute walk from Kamala Beach, offering the perfect balance of modern design, tropical ambiance, convenience, and relaxation. The spacious open-plan living area connects seamlessly to a private terrace with pool with outdoor furniture, perfect for sunny afternoons or starlit evenings. With its prime location near local attractions, it’s an ideal choice for a comfortable and memorable tropical holiday. Kindly note that electricity usage is charged separately at 7THB/Kw, based on the actual usage. We will show you the location of the meter so you can have the consumption under control at any time! We provide one complimentary cleaning during stays of 7 days or longer. For shorter stays, cleaning isn't included, but we can arrange it for an extra fee. We require a refundable deposit of 5,000 THB upon check-in, and 10,000 for stays above 10 days. We recommend having this amount prepared beforehand to ensure a smooth check-in process. This deposit will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided there are no damages or additional charges.
