Property info

Welcome to our refined 5-bed 5-bath villa with a private swimming pool. The villa is spacious with sophisticated details throughout. As you pass through the gate, you will find yourself in a secluded tropical oasis with a saltwater swimming pool, poolside bar lounge, BBQ area, two sets of sunbeds, water fountains and outdoor shower. In this versatile outdoor space, you can enjoy catching up while swimming, sunbathing, and keeping cool even during the hottest hours of the day. At sunset, the lights transform the garden into a setting perfect for cocktails, canapés, and star-gazing with your loved ones. The villa spreads over two floors; the ground floor is home to a living, kitchen and dining room as well as two en suite bedrooms, and the remaining three en suite bedrooms and a balcony are located on the second floor. All five bedrooms comes with air-conditions and black-out curtains to ensure a good night’s sleep. Each bedroom has a double bed, Cable TV, vanity table, and a wardrobe with a couple of robes and slippers. Next to the living area, there are two connecting bedrooms suitable for a family with children.

Neighborhood info

The villa is set in a residential village in a family-friendly area of Pattaya, within walking distance to restaurants and convenience stores. Regardless of the length of your stay, you’ll be able to find something enjoyable to do every day of the year. Lovely Pattaya Beach is 4 km away from the villa and Pattaya downtown is 3 km away, so both are easily reachable by car or a taxi. Also, multiple shopping centers, attractions, local markets with fresh produce, and many restaurants are all within a 5-10 minutes’ drive away. To get a taste of the local culture, you can learn more about Muay Thai and watch a fight at the nearby Max Muay Thai Stadium (2.5 km away). Golf lovers will be happy to know that Siam Country Club is 10 minutes away by car, and Mini Siam, a famous miniature park attraction, is also 10 minutes or 4.5 km away. If you enjoy nature tours and island hopping, we recommend doing a day trip from a pier in Pattaya downtown to Koh Larn or driving approximately 30 minutes to the pier in the neighboring province Rayong from where you can visit Koh Samet.
