For early check out either between 10 pm - 12 am or 6 - 6.45 am., there is an extra charge 300 baht. If you really need to check out after midnight till 5.45 am, the extra charge will be 500 baht.
A key and damage deposit of THB 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
