Welcome to our contemporary 1-bedroom apartment located close to Chalong pier and Villa Market. It features a comfortable living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a peaceful vibe. Conveniently located near local spots, it’s perfect for a relaxing stay. Please note : - The rental price includes electricity for 100 baht pr. night. Usage over will be charged at 6 baht pr. unit extra. Electric meter will be read at check in and check out. In average, a group for this size villa uses about 100 baht per night depending mostly on Aircondition usage. Energy saving is for the sake of our world :) - Please note, while the condominium does offer parking, spaces are limited and parking cannot be assigned. This will be available on a first come first serve basis, we are not able to guarantee that this will always be available, particularly during the busy season. Thank you for your understanding. - A refundable security deposit of THB 3,000 is required in cash at check-in. - All guests are kindly requested to present valid identifications upon check-in.
