Cozy sea view studio 32 m2 on the first line. The studio is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay: natural wood furniture, cable TV, Wi-fi Internet, air conditioning, fan, iron, ironing board, safe, hangers for clothes, bed linen and towels. European kitchen equipped with fridge, electric hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, a set of dishes. There is a bathtub. Hot / cold water. Two сommunal pools and two gym for free (Please note that under the new condominium policy, access to the pool and gym is provided for reservations of 21 days or more). There is no need to pay anything extra. There is a refundable security deposit of 6000 THB, returned upon departure. --- From 1 May 2025, all foreigners entering Thailand by air, land or sea are required to fill out a TDAC digital arrival card.
~200 m from the sea. Also nearby are restaurants, bars, massage salons, laundries, shops. 7 minutes walk to the inexpensive night market. Songteo stop, car, bike and motorbik rentals - all nearby.
