The Kata Gardens complex consists of 11 unique townhouses with private terraces, which include 33 luxury apartments, including 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms. We offer you these truly magnificent 2-bedroom apartments with a total area of 100 sq.m., decorated in a modern style, with a spacious terrace and balcony for comfort and relaxation. On the territory of the tropical garden there are 2 free-form landscaped pools, a fitness center, a restaurant, a reception and an indoor parking lot. Kata Gardens is located on a promontory, in close proximity to the beaches of Kata and Kata noi in the charming beach village of Kata, which evokes an atmosphere of tranquility and tranquility. The kitchen-dining room and living room are combined to create a modern, well-lit relaxation room to enjoy the coolness after spending time on the sunny beach. Through wide sliding glass doors you can go to a large and cozy outdoor terrace where you can relax with the whole family. The entire apartment is fully air-conditioned and has bathrooms in each bedroom, which provides the expected comfort and privacy for guests.
