The open-plan design features sliding glass doors, while the dining area is fully air-conditioned for your comfort. 🍽️ The Master Bedroom is particularly remarkable, boasting a luxurious tropical bath with an outdoor bathtub and a refreshing rain shower. 🛁 Guest Bedroom 1 includes twin beds, while Guest Bedroom 2 offers a king bed. Both guest rooms feature spacious en suite bathrooms with rain showers. 🛏️ Kindly note that the estate gym will be closed from 11th May to 26th May. Guests booking the property during these periods are kindly requested to acknowledge and accept these maintenance conditions. Guests staying at Katamanda Tropical villa B3 also benefit from exclusive access to the on-site clubhouse, which includes a well-equipped fitness center, tennis court, and a refreshing outdoor swimming pool. This luxurious villa is conveniently located near both Kata and Kata Noi beaches. Kindly be informed that a complimentary continental breakfast is provided, except on Sundays. Breakfast is served between 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM. Villa is located in Katamanda estate 5-10 mins walk to beach .There is also tennis court in the estate. Chef or in-villa massage can be arranged on request with costs Lunch or Dinner as follows: Food & ingredients are not included in chef cooking service fee. Food & ingredients are at market cost prices. 2500 BHT per time for 2-4 guests 3000 BHT per time for 5-7 guests 3500 BHT per time for 8-12 guests Alternative security deposit credit card option for a hold authorization, which will be automatically released within 21-30 days depending on banks processing Please note stay 28 nights or more Electricity is not included , charge at cost 6 BHT per unit meter usage. Security deposit required 500 USD or eqipvalent on arrival and returned on departure.
