A contemporary Thai style with touches of Asian antiques & artifacts, Villa Aliya's short walk away from the delightful white sands of Kata Noi Beach. The villa has spacious living & dining area, & floor-to-ceiling windows giving jaw-dropping views of the Sea. There’s a modern, open-plan kitchen within the villa as well. Villa Features: 🛏️ Spacious Bedrooms: Each bedroom is generously sized, providing a private oasis for relaxation. 🍽️ Modern Kitchen: The large kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, conveniently located next to the adjoining dining room. 🛋️ Open Living Area: Enjoy the expansive living room, complete with oversized sofas and a huge TV, perfect for family gatherings and movie nights. 📺 Kindly note that the estate gym will be closed from 11th May to 26th May. Guests booking the property during these periods are kindly requested to acknowledge and accept these maintenance conditions. Villa is located in Katamanda estate 5-10 mins walk to beach .There is also tennis court in the estate. Please note stay 28 nights or more Electricity is not included , charge at cost 6 BHT per unit meter usage. Chef or in-villa massage can be arranged on request with costs Lunch or Dinner as follows: Food & ingredients are not included in chef cooking service fee. Food & ingredients are at market cost prices. 2500 BHT per time for 2-4 guests 3000 BHT per time for 5-7 guests 3500 BHT per time for 8-12 guests Security deposit of 700 USD or equivalent 25000 THB will be collected by cash or credit card. We will collect on arrival and returned on the check out day at departure time , subject to damage or breakages. Alternatively, credit card option for a hold authorization, which will be automatically released within 21-30 days depending on banks processing time.
