Hotel Deposit Policy: Please be advised that a security deposit of THB 1,000 per night of your stay will be required upon check-in. This deposit can be provided in the form of cash or a credit card pre-authorization. For cash deposits, the full amount will be refunded upon check-out, less any charges for incidentals. For credit card pre-authorizations, a release request will be submitted to our local bank upon your departure. Kindly note that the processing time for the funds to be credited back to your account typically ranges from 2 to 3 weeks, subject to the processing times of both our local bank and your issuing bank. We appreciate your understanding that this timeframe is beyond our direct control.
