KhaoLak Chill Out is a private, cozy house located in a bucolic setting, ideals for nature lovers and those who prefer a natural and comfortable stay. The property is in the center of Bang Nieng, KhaoLak where many restaurants, shops, bars and Night markets are nearby. 7-Eleven is only 700m away or the nearest beach is about 2KM. away. The property is a collection of 6 private houses surrounded by lush green gardens. We offer all modern amenities from smart TV in living room with daybed, king size teak wood bed plus very comfy toppers. Kitchen appliances and utensils provided. Excellent WiFi signal for those who on work and vacation. The outdoor terrace is quiet nice with table and chairs to enjoy coffee in the morning or a power nap after sunbathing with our sun lounger. Our cleaners come once a week to refresh towels, bed sheets, help you clean up. Self check in and out, take daily waste to the trash community (150M away) are necessary. Prohibit to bring dogs and cats inside the bungalow due to cleanliness and allergies. House Rules and Tips for comfortable stays are provided, please go through. For best practice on electricity consumption, 10 units is provided each day. The extra unit will be charged to guests ( 8THB per units). Air conditioning operates 10 hours (24 Celsius) per day will not exceed the free use on electricity. Avoid using two air conditionings at once because power black-out may occur. Currently, opposite to Chill Out is having a construction site (building houses). They work during day time. If your stays are severely affected by the "big noises", we are happy to offer 5% discount. The distance is approximately 80-150meters away from the construction site.

I am Apple who like to make Chill Out as a place for "Home Sweet Home" vacation. I always feel delighted if Chill Out has met Guest's expectation and fulfill their vacation or workcation with great joy and happiness. Chong Fah market is about 1KM away, shops, restaurants,clinics are very accessible as well as free delivery from 7-eleven or Lotus shop. Food delivery is also possible, see my House Rule booklet. The famous beaches are not far away such as Khuk Khak, Memories, White Sand, Coconut beaches. The bungalows are in the community of local people but you will be surprised how calm and fresh the area is.
