Our villa is located in a beautifully landscaped luxury development. It is steps from the beach, great views from the terrace. You’ll love my place because of the natural beauty, ambiance, and privacy. Great for families, and there is plenty of activities to do in the development. We recently added a private pool to the villa and enlarged the kitchen dining room area. Clean and private, terrace upstairs is great for relaxing and has a nice view. Villa has three bedrooms, each with its own secure entrance and bathroom. Villa has a kitchen, the main living area has cable smart tv with DVD/cd unit. All living areas are air conditioned. You will have access to facilities in the resort including the clubhouse, and both swimming pools. Kayak rentals and a nine hole golf course are also available on-site. Villa is located in the prestigious Siam Royal View development in Klong Song Bay. There are two restaurants in this development, the clubhouse which is located a few steps from our villa and the Marina bar, both serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner including Thai and Western cuisines. SRV offers free shuttle service to Klong Son Bay. Scooter rentals are available nearby. In Klong Song Bay you can take Songthaew(taxis) to other parts of the Island.
My wife and I take great enjoyment in ownership of this Villa in one of Thailands most beautiful settings. We also take pride in our staff and make sure our Villa is always clean and guest are well taken care of. We are constantly upgrading the residence in order to provide better stays for our guest. The residence is located beautifully landscaped laguna area of Siam Royal view, there is a large salt water community pool, with pool bar next to the beach club tin this part of the resort hat serves both western and asian cuisines. There is also kayak rentals and a nine hole golf course. In the other part of Siam Royal Vew there is the marina area with another salt water infinity pool and a pool bar and you can order food here as well. There is a marina located in the marina area.
