As Massarossa Pool Villa Pattaya is a private pool villa, not a hotel, our electricity policy is designed to keep accommodation rates fair and reasonable for all guests. For stays of 1 night, electricity is included at no additional charge. For stays of 2 nights or more, 50 kWh of electricity per night is included, which is sufficient for normal daily use. Any additional usage will be charged at THB 10 per kWh, based on the electricity meter readings taken at check-in and check-out. Fresh towels can be replaced daily at no additional charge upon request. Bed linen replacement during the stay is available for an additional fee. For stays of 3 nights or more, one complimentary housekeeping service is included. Please schedule this service in advance. Housekeeping is available daily between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM. We wish you a wonderful and relaxing stay!
