In downtown Bangkok, Lumpini area is centrally located but protected from the hectic of modern-day life, where life passes at the pace chosen by those who live here. Maderla has been recently renovated with a minimal and charming touch. Our hostel is a unique place in which well-being, tranquillity and pleasure go hand-in-hand with the joy of get-together with friends and other travellers. You'll also appreciate our on-site café/bar/restaurant for a few beers and a selection of traditional Thai dishes.

Neighborhood info

During your stay, you will easily get to all the tourist attractions - the Grand Palace, China Town, Kaosan Rd, Siam Paragon, Central World, etc - with the MRT Lumpini (only 5 minutes walk) or by car (500m away from the high way). You can also ask for a Private car/van during your stay to safely take you wherever you wish. Lumpini Park Lumpini Park is an inner-city haven of tranquility, fresh air and shade, offering the perfect connection to nature. The park is the habitat of various flora and fauna and the perfect spot for a round of jog, light workout, aerobics or any other recreational activities. Lumpini Boxing Stadium Muay Thai boxing in Bangkok is an experience not to be missed and, without doubt, the best place to watch genuine matches is at the new and improved Lumpini Boxing Stadium.
