Offering direct access to beautiful Ao Kratueng Beach, Makathanee Resort is located on the island of Koh Mak. Guestrooms and the outdoor pool are set within tropical landscaped gardens. Garden, pool, or sea views can be enjoyed from the room's terrace or balcony. Each air-conditioned room also has a TV, a safety deposit box, and a fridge. Guests can have a traditional Thai massage, or simply relax on the beach. Island activities include diving, fishing, and kayaking. The resort features a minimart and a small business center. Makathanee Resort is a 45-minute speedboat ride from Laem Ngop Pier. The speedboat departs to Maka Thanee Pier daily at 10:00, 14:00 and 15:00.

Please be advised that beachfront area of our resort will be under renovation (Guests can access the beach and sea as usual.) from 27 April 2025 to 31 October 2025.

During this time, work will start from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm daily.

We are afraid that it might cause you discomfort as there will be some construction noise.
