With local shops, cafés, and the ocean all within easy reach, it's an ideal spot for those who love the energy of village life combined with seaside serenity. Please note: Cleaning during your stay is available on request and charged at an additional cost. PLEASE NOTE : The rental price includes electricity for 100 baht pr. night. Usage over will be charged at 6 baht pr. unit extra. Please note, while the condominium does offer parking, spaces are limited and parking cannot be assigned. This will be available on a first come first serve basis, we are not able to guarantee that this will always be available, particularly during the busy season. Thank you for your understanding. Electric meter will be read at check in and check out. In average, a group for this size villa uses about 100 baht per night depending mostly on Air-condition usage. Energy saving is for the sake of our world :) All guests are kindly requested to present a valid identifications upon check-in.
