The fine print
The pool landscape are under renovation. The renovation work is taking place from 10 A.M. to 09.00 P.M. since 1 March 2025 until 9 April 2025 daily. The pool still available. Please noted that the renovation may be affected by noise.
Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and credit card must be presented to the hotel upon check-in.
Please be informed that Nova Platinum will undergo general maintenance from 6–8 April 2026. During this period, there will be no hot water available in the Executive Wing, affecting the following room types: Grand Deluxe King, Grand Deluxe Twin, and Grand Deluxe Terrace.

A damage deposit of THB 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
