The fine print
Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in. If the guaranteed credit card cannot be presented, the charged amount will be refunded back to the original card and payment will be made using the new card.
Please be informed that when travelling with pets, an additional charge of THB 1,500 applies for the first night of the first pet, and THB 850 per night for each subsequent night. For a second pet, an additional charge of THB 500 per night will apply. Kindly note that these charges are applied for cleaning purposes only and do not include any additional amenities or services for pets.
Restaurant will be under renovation from 14 July 2025 to 11 August 2025. During this period, all guests who have booked with breakfast included will be redirected to Journeyhub Bangkok Sukhumvit 26 for their meals. The restaurant is conveniently located at the back of our property, and guests can access it directly through our connecting gate, which is only 30 meters from the hotel.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
