It's a place you can feel at home. Phuchada Residence is a modern, minimalist self-catering accommodation featuring polished concrete walls and floors. We offer three types of units: a studio unit, a one-bedroom residence, and a two-bedroom residence.
Phuchada Residence is located in the quiet village of Sakhu, just below the national park, conveniently located between Naithon Beach and Naiyang Beach. Just a 10-minutes drive to each beach, and you will find plenty of water sports, local shops, massage shops, Thai and International restaurants, fresh fruit vendors, tour counters, and currency exchange. 10-minutes drive to Banana Beach. This beach remains a well-kept secret, offering visitors an intimate experience of Phuket's natural beauty. It is a 10-minute drive from Phuket International and Domestic Airport, allowing you to avoid city traffic and enjoy a hassle-free travel experience. 750-meter walk (10 mins) to the closest 24-hour convenience store (7/11), pharmacy, local fruit vendor, local tea/coffee shop, local petrol shop, local motorbike garage, and nearby laundry shop. 200 meters walk (3 mins) to the closest authentic Thai local restaurant. You get to enjoy authentic Thai food at a “ local price” and get to enjoy a “FREE fish spa as well”.
