Perfect for solo adventurers or couples, our apartment is situated in The Kris Condo in the Bang Tao area. The condo offers a shared swimming pool, free parking, and 24-hour guards and is nestled just 200 meters from the ocean and a 5-minute walk to the pristine BangTao beach. For bookings of 4 weeks and longer, electricity usage is not included in the rate and charged separately at 7 baht per kWh. Please close windows when the AC is on and turn off all lights when leaving. Cleaning service during your stay is available upon request for an additional fee.

Neighborhood info

Just minutes away from white sandy beach of Bangtao. Restaurants catering for all types of food and budgets. On the beach there are many Thai food and seafood restaurants and also a few beach clubs are nearby. Short steps to neighboring commercial spots, massage shops and convenience stores. About 10 minutes drive to Laguna Golf, horse ride, elephant trek in the area. 30 minute drive to Patong Beach, the tourist center and fabulous nightlife.
