This spacious 488 sq.m residence is designed for comfort, privacy, and relaxation, offering four well-appointed bedrooms and multiple living spaces. Bedroom 1 includes a double bed, a single bed, a private entrance, closet, private bathroom, and direct pool access. Bedroom 2 also features a double and single bed, with a private entrance, closet, and private bathroom. Bedroom 3 is furnished with a double bed, private entrance, closet, and shared access to Bathroom 4, along with direct pool access. Bedroom 4 offers two twin beds, a private entrance, closet, and shared use of Bathroom 3. The inviting living room is equipped with a relaxed L-shaped sofa and Smart TV, and even allows guests to step directly into the pool from the room. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric cooking range, microwave, oven, water kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and a full set of cooking utilities, plates, and cutlery, making it ideal for both short and long stays. A large dining table comfortably seats eight guests and can be extended to accommodate up to ten. The private saltwater swimming pool (7 m x 4 m) ensures complete privacy, with no external view for maximum seclusion, and is complemented by an outdoor shower and a shaded cabana seating area. For convenience, the villa also features a laundry room with a washing machine and cloth rack. Outside, a lush backyard with natural plants and trees provides a peaceful retreat for daytime relaxation. Every area of the villa is equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans for added comfort. Parking space is available for two cars and one motorbike, ensuring easy access and security for guests.
