A new apartment (interior works were completed in March 2023) for rent for the first time. 4th floor of one of the two buildings of a 5-storey premium complex located on a hill between Kata and Karon beaches, opposite the Starbucks coffee shop. The distance to the beaches of Kata and Karon is only about 500 meters, also within walking distance of a large number of shops, restaurants. The apartment has everything for a comfortable stay - new quiet inverter air conditioners, washing machine and dishwasher, oven, comfortable kitchen, good quality dishes, other household appliances, android TV. The residential complex has a swimming pool, a recreation area with a good view on the 6th floor, a fitness room. The noise of the road and street cafes is not heard in the apartment. You can pay in cash, transfer to a Russian or Thai bank account (paysend). Новая квартира со свежей отделкой (март 2023) сдаётся впервые. 4 этаж одного из двух зданий 5-этажного премиального комплекса, расположенного на холме между пляжами Ката и Карон, напротив кофейни Старбакс. Расстояние до пляжей Ката и Карон всего около 500 метров, также в пешей доступности большое количество магазинов, ресторанов (в том числе с тайской, европейской, русской кухней). В аппартаментах есть все для комфортного проживания - новые тихие кондиционеры, стиральная и посудомоечная машина, духовка, прочая бытовая техника, андроид ТВ. В жилом комплексе гостям доступен бассейн, зона отдыха с хорошим видом на 6 этаже, фитнес-зал. В квартире не слышно шум дороги и уличных кафе. Оплатить можно наличными, переводом на российскую или тайскую карту (paysend).
