Please note that reception hours are from 08:30-22:00 hrs. Any check-in that is expected to be made after 22:00 hrs, guests have to inform the property at least 1 full day prior to arrival directly via either email or phone.
When settling the bill, the property will accept cash only. The full amount of the reservation must be paid when checking in.
In order to complete the self-check-in process, guests are required to provide Passport or Thai ID before arrival. If you choose not to provide your Passport or Thai ID before arrival, you may not use the self check-in. Instead, you will have to provide your Passport or Thai ID upon arrival during normal check-in hours.
Guests arriving outside check-in hours will receive check-in instructions by email 1 day before arrival date.
Upon successful receipt of full payment, guests will be sent instructions regarding key collection.
Guests checking in after 10pm are required to collect their key from the lock box at the cabinet in front of the property. Additional instructions will be provided after booking.
