Indulge in coastal luxury at the stunning 3.5 BDR villa with 2 private pools. - a few steps away from the private beach (50 meters) - 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms - 1 bedroom with a detached summer shower - living room with 65-inch TV and super cozy sofa bed(sleeps up to 4 people!) - outdoor sitting area - full unit located on the ground floor IMPORTANT: Strictly no parties, loud music, excessive noise, or illegal activities. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum at all times.
