If you are making payment using another cardholder's credit card, please provide the following to the hotel prior to your arrival:
1) Authorization letter with the cardholder's signature
2) Copy of the cardholder's card (front and back of card with the cardholder's signature)
3) Provided cardholder’s contact number and email address in term of verification payment.
Please note: Studio and Suite rooms include daily Social Hour access at 'On The Road' from 17:00 to 19:00. This benefit offers a selection of beverages and light snacks, limited to 2 adults per room. For further details, guests can use the Special Requests box when booking.
Rooftop Pool & Sky Bar Summer Club, located on the 27th floor, is reserved exclusively for guests aged 18 and above. Guests under 18 are kindly invited to use the swimming pool at BARBU on the 24th floor, which is fully accessible to all ages and offers a more relaxed environment.
A damage deposit of THB 2,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
