Hidden in a small street 100 meters from there Surin main road, lies Surin Spring Estate, a 12-villa residence built around a lovely lake. At less than 500 meters from Surin beach, Surin Spring Estate is the perfect place to spend a wonderful holiday in Phuket. The lake offers a peaceful and beautiful environment to chill out and relax. The villa has 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, allowing 12 people to fit comfortably. Two of the bedrooms can be connected together, ideal for families where the parents wants to stay close to their children. Two bedrooms have king sized beds, four bedrooms have queen sized beds. Our king sized beds allow for a great deal of flexibility, depending on your needs. We can either have them installed as 2 king size beds or 4 single beds. We provide 2 dining areas, one beside the kitchen, the other, al fresco, on the terrace, right beside the lake, perfect to have a delicious barbecue in the evening. The villa also comes with a swimming pool, a pool table. We provide all basic amenities that would allow you to have a pleasant, as well as functional, stay with us. Electricity is not free. The cost is THB 7 per kWh.
After a 25-year career in finance across the region, I have decided to retire in Phuket. I have acquired a few properties on the island. I decorate and furnish them as if I would be living in them myself. A nice living environment should be tasteful and comfortable, while functional at the same time. I hope you will find such qualities in the villa.
The property is ideally situated walk distance from Surin beach, one of the most popular beaches in Phuket. The proximity to the Surin main street allows walking access to many restaurants, shops and massage places. The proximity of the beach, as well as so many other points of interests for ours guests, allow you to have access to everything you need without having to rent a car or a motorcycle. However, if you feel like exploring your neighborhood with greater flexibility, we will provide you with free bicycles. Surin beach is at less than 500 meters from the residence. Bangtao beach at less than 1.5 km. Kamala beach at 3.8 km.
