Please note that the Hillside zone room types are only accessible by Cable Car. This offers a unique jungle experience and great sea views while traveling to/from the room. While the Cable Car service is closed, guests may contact the reception for a transportation service.
Please be informed that during low tide at Nakalay Bay, the water level recedes exposing stony coral beds and may cause inconveniences in swimming. This happens approximately six hours a day at non-fixed times. Please contact the property staff directly for more information. During this time, guests are recommended to use the property’s large lagoon pool or take advantage of the activities offered at the resort.
