If check in after 10 pm, guest requires to update arrival time with a Photo ID or Passport of all guests at least 48 hours in advance to The Palette Bangkok Hotel via message in booking.com or e-mail to us at [email protected]. Later, on arrival date, guest requires to pay attention to check message in Booking.com or e-mail as hotel will send a passcode to enter front door and a passcode to open and collect keycard in safety box. After collecting your room keycard (with room number and internet username & password at the back of keycard), please tab your keycard on access control reader to open hotel's glass door to access the hotel area and go up to your room's floor.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
