Property info

18-bedroom villa with multiple en-suite bathrooms. Two large saline (salt-water) swimming pools measuring about 22 m long. The villa sits on a very large plot and with large built-up area: built-up area around 5000 m² on land about 8,000 m². Each bedroom is well appointed — A/C, private bathroom, wardrobe, TV. Many have terraces and sea or garden views. Several communal living areas: living rooms, dining rooms, bar/pool-table area. Additional facilities: Fitness room, spa/massage room, garden areas, terraces overlooking sea/mountain views. Ideal for large groups: families, groups of friends, corporate retreats, weddings or special celebrations. Because of size and facilities, this isn’t just a “regular villa for two” — you’ll want to go with a group or require space. Good for combining relaxation and celebration: swimming pools, sea views, indoor/outdoor social spaces.

Staying at Tropical Castle in Layan means you’re in a premium, peaceful coastal neighbourhood in Phuket. You get beach proximity, resort-style amenities, good restaurants and a relaxed environment. It’s less wild than major tourist hubs, more comfortable for family groups,company retreats, wedding or upscale get-togethers. Staying there I’d treat the base as a relaxing home-hub and use a car or ride-share to explore nearby beaches, golf, and resorts.
