A unique loft designed 1 bedroom apartment for rent just 300 meters (4 minutes walk) to Kamala Beach! The interior of the apartment follows closely with industrial style loft design with exposed piping, concrete and brick finishes to industrial bar stools that makes this apartment stand out from the rest. A spacious urban open concept kitchen and dining area with tiled flooring, laminated wood finish cabinets, and stylish modern black granite work top. An industrial loft-style bedroom, nicely balanced with medium tone ceramic wood patterned tiled flooring, brushed concrete and industrial brick covered walls gives the feeling like you’re outside. A contemporary bathroom provides a rain shower and bathtub, the walls are finished with a thin layer of concrete that gives a industrial-but-sophisticated look. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a townhouse building and is just minutes walk to Kamala main beach area, giving easy access to local restaurants, shops and of course the beach where you can enjoy an early morning swimming or lounge under the sun all day. The apartment is without doubt perfect base for a beach holiday vacation. 🔌Electricity usage policy: We include a daily allowance of electricity that covers normal usage. Neighborhood info

Kamala has a fantastic beach and beach clubs. Not overcrowded, quite and great for couples and familes. The south side of Kamala is Patong, which is only 10 minutes drive away. There you can enjoy exciting nightlife and world class shopping. The north side of Kamala is the very popular paradise beach of Surin, reachable within 5 minutes drive.
