Prime location in Jomtien area with dual access to both Thappraya Road and Dongtan Beach. Each standard unit is a 48 sqm studio with a large balcony providing stunning ocean view of either sunrise or sunset. Every room is equipped as a minimum with a kitchen, full size fridge with freezer, microwave, king size bed, large screen TV with Smart TV & streaming services, free Wi-Fi. The property features a large communal swimming pool in the foreground of the building nearest to the beach with a large pool-side sundeck area with outdoor seating. There is also an abundance of massage parlors, laundromats and convenience stores etc, within the Ground Floor commercial shops which span the entire length of the building. Guests enjoy the following amenities free of charge during their stay: - Electricity & Water - Free Wi-Fi - Free outdoor parking - Free bottled drinking water, toiletries and other essentials Housekeeping service at an extra fee is available upon request (at least 1 day advance notice): 500 THB - Cleaning 500 THB - Changing of bed set & towels This price is for Studio apartment size 48 square meter. We accept cash payments in THB only. Please note - payments by cards are subject to 3% bank processing fee.

Neighborhood info

Quiet spot on the beachfront with plenty of eateries and bars within walking distance. Just a 10-minute drive to Central Pattaya and Walking Street. About 1.5 hrs to Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport.
