1 bedroom villa with private pool. 15 minutes walk to Bang Tao beach. Nearby: Catch Beach Club, Porte de Phuket, Boat Avenue, Tesco, Tops, Blue Tree, Mc Donalds, KFC and other cafes, restaurants, shops. Gated community, 24-hr security, well-groomed grounds. 1 bedroom with king size bed. 1 bathroom. The living room is combined with the kitchen. Your own private pool, relaxation area, barbecue. Double bed in the bedroom and a folding sofa in the living room. Area 100 m2. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine. Security deposit up to 25,000 THB, depends on length of booking. Ask about a year contract, if you need it.
