Welcome to our Balinese 3BR villa in picturesque Rawai, where modernity and authenticity find perfect balance. The living space consists of two separate buildings located opposite each other. The first building features a spacious and cozy living room that flows seamlessly into an open, fully equipped kitchen. The highlight of this area is the traditional Balinese high ceiling, clad in wood, which creates a sense of airiness. The second building houses three spacious and comfortable bedrooms, continuing the Balinese style in harmony with elements of Thai art, creating a relaxing and private atmosphere.The master bedroom, with a comfortable king-size bed, is separate and has its own large bathroom with a bathtub. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower and a large closet. All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with large sliding glass doors, allowing the interior to blend effortlessly with the spacious courtyard, enhancing the sense of openness. The courtyard is surrounded by traditional red tile roofs and warm red brick accents, which enhance the villa's aesthetic appeal and create a cozy, unique atmosphere for outdoor relaxation and dining. One of the central features of the villa is the private pool with a small waterfall and Buddha statues, which will captivate you from the moment you arrive. The pool is also enclosed with glass for children's safety. Located just 70m from Stay Wellbeing & Lifestyle and only a 10-15min drive from NaiHarn Beach and the Rawai seafood market, it’s the ideal spot for a relaxing holiday! Please note: - Electricity is charged separately at 8 THB/unit (kWh). We will take a photo of the meter during check-in and check-out. We kindly ask you to settle this bill before leaving. - We provide one bath towel and one pool towel per person, as well as one set of complimentary shampoo and shower gel per bathroom upon check-in. - Make-up cleaning and change of bed sheets and towels are provided on a weekly basis.

The villa is in Rawai, a very convenient place where Thai people, expats and tourists live happily together. 10-15 minutes' drive gets you to several beaches which have no hotels nearby and are therefore much less crowded than those on the west coast area. Chalong port is only a 8-minute drive away, most of the excursions and dive tours are organized from there. Nearby attractions: Nai Harn beach, Rawai promenade and sea gipsy seafood village, Big Buddha, Phuket Town, Chalong Bay, jungle activities (elephant, zipline, ATV). All services (massage, cafes, restaurants, convenience stores) are readily available.
