Villa Minh is part of the four-villa private Jomchang Estate along the Millionaires’ Mile road on the headland that separates Patong and Kamala. Patong Beach is about 15 minutes away by car. Along the exclusive headland road are some five-star resorts offering good dining choices, including Paresa, Cape Sienna and Andara. Kamala is home to a number of casual dining options and tourist-oriented shopping, and its soft-sand beach and calm, shallow bay is a favourite for families. Minh’s private steps lead close to the sea but not directly to it – the sea here is not safe for swimming.

Please note that guests are required by the hotel to settle the deposit by credit card on the day of booking. The hotel will send guests an email with instructions and a Paypal link for processing the 50% deposit payment.

Early arrival or late departure will depend upon availability of the villa.

The early check-in fee is USD 500 from 10:00 hrs onwards.

The late check-out fee is USD 500 until 18:00 hrs. After 18:00 hrs, the full daily rate is applicable.

Please note that extra 20% will be added on top to all food and beverage items purchased on behalf of guests. The 20% surcharge covers cooking gas, transportation and all costs incurred from cooking and kitchen-related expenses.
