Located with a private estate with 24 hour security and tennis court. Rates include all Tax, VAT, water, unlimited high speed WIFI, daily maid service from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm, all bed linen, bath and swimming towels and complimentary welcome pack on arrival. We can arrange private airport transfers with complimentary stop at a supermarket/24hr minimart on the way to the villa, the cost is 1000 THB per transfer. If you have a lot of suitcases then an extra van is required at a cost of 800 THB. The Villa is also suitable for children of all ages, we provide two high chairs and two travel cots free of charge. Our villa comes with a full time daily maid, who can prepare and cook breakfast for you from 8.30 am to 10.30 am, service charge is included in the rental, and you pay for only for groceries/ingredients. The Laguna area is now a great place to stay with plenty of good quality restaurants and interesting shops especially The Boat Avenue in Cherngtalay which features a weekly market. Layan beach is lovely and just a few minutes away from the villa and you can hire sun beds and umbrellas and have lunch at the local Thai beach restaurant, or you may wish to venture a bit further towards Nai Thon and find the secret beach! For nightlife you have a choice of beach clubs which regularly feature international DJs. Many of the restaurants in Laguna provide a pick up service from the villa or even a delivery service. For golf enthusiasts, the Phuket Laguna Golf Club is just a 5 minute drive and other activities in the area include the Phuket Elephant Sanctuary and Splash Jungle Water Park. You are also closer to Ao Po Marina to catch the tours out to Phang Nga Bay and James Bond Island.
