This brand-new ultra-luxury villa has been designed & built by our team to offer the best possible holidays in Southern Phuket. As you swim in the star 35m2 pool, you'd feel like swimming in pure mineral water. Completed at the end of '22, the villa incorporates the latest technology & offers perfect comfort. Its user-friendly multilingual automation system gives you full control of all house functions. The villa is incredibly comfortable and peaceful thanks to its perfect thermal and sound insulation. The LED lights fully controllable thanks to the automation system create a very romantic ambiance at night. There are 5 ensuite bedrooms, 1 on the ground floor, and the other 4 on the 1st level. Each one is luminous and luxuriously decorated, with ample storage space. The large terrace is the ideal place to enjoy the beautiful Phuket weather and have a great time with friends or family. You can also dine inside, there is a large counter between the open kitchen and the living area with high stools. Please note: Electricity is not included and is charged separately at 8 THB/unit (kWh). We will take a photo of the official meter during your check-in and another one at check-out. We kindly ask you to settle this bill before leaving. We provide one bath towel and one pool towel per person, as well as one set of complimentary shampoo and shower gel per bathroom upon check-in. Make-up cleaning and change of bed sheets and towels are provided on a weekly basis. Please note in order to maintain the high standards of our amenities, pool service will be provided twice a week. And plants will be watered daily in dry season, or twice a week in rainy season. Advance notice will be provided prior to any scheduled services to ensure minimal disruption to your stay.

The Villa is in the center of Rawai town, in Soi King Samakki 4. The area is peaceful and very green. Nevertheless a few minutes away, there are a host of restaurants, convenience stores and small shops. You are equidistant from Naiharn Beach, the perfect spot for sunbathing and swimming, and Rawai Beach, known worldwide for its seafood restaurants.
