We are passionate about travelling and we’ve been lucky to visit many wonderful places. Being a diver since my most tender age (!), I organise snorkelling and diving trips to the local islands every day, on our own private boats. Our crew are very attentive and friendly. This charming 3BR private villa, nestled within a brand new residence with a refreshing common swimming pool, conveniently located in the serene northern part of Phuket, only 10 minutes drive from the airport. Also conveniently located near interesting attractions such as Mission Hills Golf, Splash Jungle Water Park, and famous beaches like Nai Yang and Mai Khao. The renowned UWC International School is also just 3 km away, making this the perfect retreat for families. Adorned with subtle hints of classic Japanese motifs, the villa is thoughtfully designed to offer a comfortable and stylish living space. The spacious living room boasts a Smart TV, a dining area, and a well-equipped open kitchen, while a toilet room. The master bedroom has a private bathroom and a king size bed. The second bedroom has a king-size bed or a raised futon, while the third bedroom has a raised futon, that elegantly combines Western comfort with Japanese imagery. Both bedrooms share a bathroom with shower. Please note: - We provide one bath towel (red) and one pool towel (blue or grey) per person. Make-up cleaning and change of bed sheets and towels are provided on a weekly basis. You can order it more often for a small additional fee. - Smoking in the rooms and near the pool is not allowed. Allowed in a specially equipped smoking area. - Smoking Cannabis is strictly forbidden. - Children aged 0-12 can share the existing bed with an adult for free. No extra bed available. - Pets are allowed upon request and subject to a deposit and cleaning fee. - The location shown in the photo may differ from the villa provided to you and the residence reserves the right to choose the villa at its own discretion. - Pool shared with other guests.

The residence is 100m from the main road bisecting Phuket from North to South. Access to the west coast beaches Naithon, Layan, Nayang and Maikhao is easy and quick. On the eastern side, Cape Yamu and Ao Po are the entrance gate to the Phang Nga Bay and excellent boat excursions. Some of Phuket's best golfs (Mission Hills & Blue Canyon) are just nearby. For daily groceries, there is a Lotus supermarket and a Makro nearby. The newly opened Robinson mall offers lifestyle shopping options and fine dining options. The island's waterparks (Splash Jungle, Blue Tree) are also nearby.
