I am the Managing Director of a Thai Registered Real Estate Company in Phuket, Thailand which deals with sales, holiday rentals and long term rentals on the island. I am originally from the UK and have lived here for 17 years with my family. Our aim is to provide a first class and trouble free vacation for all our guests. We can provide any service required and the majority of our properties come with daily maid and airport transfers plus an English speaking Villa Manager who can arrange tours and excursions, in house massages, babysitting or Nanny services, private chefs, car and motorbike hire. Located a few minutes drive from the popular Laguna area this is a modern 3 bedroom pool villa fully equipped with everything you will need for a relaxing vacation. Perfect for families or couples looking for a clean and safe holiday villa. The estate has 24 hour security. Rate includes all taxes, maid service, linen and towels, internet and cable TV. Electric and water is charged by usage, meters will be read on arrival. We require a 10% THB Security Deposit which can be paid in your own currency and will be returned to you on departure. We can arrange tours and excursions, private airport transfer, in villa massages, childminding, car, bike and minivan with driver rentals. Private airport transfers are available, the cost is 1000 THB one way which includes a complimentary supermarket/24 hr minimart stop.

Neighborhood info

Located in a quiet area of Layan but just 5 minutes from the beach and the main Laguna area which has plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. There is a 24 hr minimart within walking distance and the village of Baan Don is close by which has a daily street market. A car is recommended but it is easy to get taxis which can be arranged by our manager or the Grab/Bolt App. You can also rent motorbikes or a minivan with driver for the day, the cost is 3000 THB for 10 hours including petrol.
