Newly renovated villa. May 2025 3 bedrooms with aircon & 3 bathrooms. Ideally located in Asoke / Nana. Nana BTS station is located at the beginning of the street (soi 8) 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, large garden, 2 terraces, dining room, living room, kitchen, parking. Wi-Fi, TV, Netflix. Benjakitti & Forest Park is at 250m. Serenity, charm, and privacy reign in this house. Very safe, clean, and renowned street for its restaurants in Bangkok. Close to Terminal 21 shopping mall. Very easy to find the villa.

The excellent geographical situation and the calm and the serenity that reign there make it a unique place of residence in Bangkok. Access is very easy. The BTS station is at the beginning of the street and the name is "Nana". The Terminal 21 shopping center is 15 minutes walk and 3 minutes with the BTS. There are many small grocery stores in the street and many popular restaurants, some of which are very famous in Bangkok for their quality of cuisine. You also have the famous "street food" Bangkokian in the street leading to the house, small street vendors of Thai specialties. The famous Sukhumvit road Soi 11 is opposite of the house's street. I would be available to tell you about new night spots or restaurants in Sukhumvit.
