Fully furnished, airconditioned, private pool villas, 2 or 3 sleeping rooms and 2 bathrooms in each villa, highest European standard, high speed 1.000MBit Fibre Internet, cable TV, beach around the corner, 5 minutes to Pattaya city centre, quiet and safe area at Phratamnak Hill, 10 restaurants in 3min walking distance, food delivery service and a BigC Mini 25m away. We provide fresh bedlinen and towels 2 times per week and optional cleaning services during your stay. Clean, beautiful, privately owned European village with highest standards and service. The 1-floor villa has its own private pool and is truly located just around the corner of the beach and 30m from Phratamnak Soi 5 with lots of shops and restaurants. This villa has the absolutely best location in Pattaya ! The whole villa is for this villas guests private /exclusive use, including exclusive use of the the pool. Just the pool boy will enter the premises garden/pool area 3 times per week, usually early in the morning.

I am living in Thailand / Pattaya / Pratamnak more than 10 years already and stay in the same village as the 3 villas that we rent out on Airbnb. We can offer 2,3,4,5 or 7 bedroom configurations of our villas for up to 21 people !

Phratamnak hill is also called "Beverly Hills of Pattaya", a unique combination of a quiet area with almost no traffic in close distance to the Pattaya city center and the famous Walking Street, separated by the "Big Buddha Hill". The newly landscaped "Dongtan beach" is really around the corner of the house. Taxis and motorbike taxis are available in 30m walking distance or can be called to pick you up in front of the villa. The villa is located at the beginning of the 15km long Jomtien beach bay. The beach is truly around the corner of the villa.
