The villa is ideally located just minutes from the famous walking street and beaches. This detached villa is located in central Pattaya. It has a large swimming pool and a plunge pool. It also includes free Wi-Fi, internet access and cable TV. This 4 bedroom villa features air conditioning in all rooms, stylish ceiling fans and comfortable mattresses in the bedrooms. The large kitchen is equipped with kitchenware and electrical appliances, including a washing machine. . The living room has a 50-inch flat-screen TV, a sofa and several armchairs. Guests can enjoy their meals in the indoor and outdoor dining areas. After a long day of sightseeing, you can relax by the pool and enjoy a delicious barbecue dinner. The villa is located in a secure area 24/24 and has a secure private parking. There are restaurants, bars and fresh markets nearby.

Close to all amenities and all kinds of shops. It is very easy to leave the villa to visit Pattaya, go shopping or go to the beach. We have in the residence a service of taxis, rent of scooters and collective taxis near the villa.
