This exclusive luxury Complex nestles on the hillside over Kalamar Bay surrounded by ancient olive trees, with panoramic sea and mountain views. Infinity View Villa has been tastefully finished with cool marble floors, contemporary furnishings, ottoman lighting and high quality audio visual systems. The Villa comprises of an open plan lounge and kitchen with patio doors opening onto sea facing sun terraces and pool. Three bedrooms - Master double with en suite bathroom king size double bed and balcony with panoramic sea and Mountain View’s - Twin room with en suite bathroom, 6 foot double bed, sea views - Ground floor twin bedroom with en suite bathroom, private terrace through patio doors, pool and sea views. Outside there are terraces surrounding an infinity view pool, sun loungers and parasols with views of the mountains and Mediterranean Sea.

Derek and Lynne Sweeney have owned Infinity View Villa since 2007, when the La Vanta estate was built, in an ancient olive grove overlooking Kalamar Bay and the picturesque harbour town of Kalkan. Derek and Lynne commissioned the villa with bespoke features including patio doors and patios with panoramic views and comfortable locally inspired furnishings and artworks.

La vanta, where Infinity View villa is situated, is a development of some 45 villas that were built between 2005 and 2007. Sited in an ancient olive grove, with spectacular views over Kalamar bay and Kalkan harbour, a few minutes drive from the high quality restaurants and bars of the town. Patara beach and the ancient ruins of Patara city, a national heritage site, nominated as a UNESCO world heritage site for its 6,0000 year old heritage, is a short drive from the villa. Kalkan with its bars and famous rooftop restaurants are a few minutes drive. Sailing and yacht charter are available a half hours drive away at kash marina. An array of water-sports are available in Kalamar bay including scuba diving, jet skiing and parasailing. Infinity View Villa at La Vanta is the perfect, tranquil base from which to explore the area or just enjoy the villa with its private pool, terraces and spectacular views. Guests at Infinity View can also enjoy the club house bar and restaurant on site and use the Olympic sized outdoor pool and terraces with sun beds and parasols.
