Our guest house is situated at the top of the old town. This means it takes 5 minutes to walk down to the harbour...and 10 to walk back up the hill. Most people take their time as they pass all the little shops and caffés.
We came here because we love the sea and the mountains behind us. We are surrounded by ruins in picturesque settings and we are lucky to be able to buy local fresh produce that comes to Kalkan from the surrounding villages. We serve breakfast on the terrace where one can also be served evening drinks, refreshments, or dinner. Meeting people and sharing experiences is the raison d'être of our guest house.
The charming old town with the local beach and harbour, make this village so special, not to mention the views. All sorts of outdoor activities, including trekking, swimming, boats and the ruins to mention a few, make this area very attractive to the traveller and to those who prefer small scale accomodation.
