Dairemizde ; led tv, çamaşır ve bulaşık makinesi, no frost buzdolabı,fırın ve ocak, aspiratör,elektrik süpürgesi çay/kettle makinesi, saç kurutma makinesi,kahve makinası,ekmek kızartma makinası, 80 litrelik elektrikli şofben,ütü,balkon mobilyası ve şemsiye, her odada klima ve gerekli tüm mutfak gereçleri bulunmaktadır. Birinci yatak odasında. fransız balkon ,çift kişilik yatak vardir.İkinci yatak odasında balkon , 2 adet tek kişilik yatak ve salonda bir adet sofa/acılır kanape bulunmaktadır.Açıldıgı zaman 1,60 metre eninde yatak olmaktadır.
