When leaving the house please keep doors & windows locked and all electronic devices turned off. Home Truths - There are 1 A/C in the living room, 1 A/C in the rooftop bedroom. - There is no A/C in the small bedroom (fans can be provided upon request) - Located on a slight uphill - You need to climb stairs in order to reach the building (32 steps) - You need to climb stairs in order to reach the apartment (17 steps) - There is no blackout blind in the living room - Parking can be difficult in the area Penalties for Violations - Smoking is strictly FORBIDDEN inside our home. If detected, it incurs a penalty charge of 100USD - Lost keys incur a surcharge of 40USD - Keys left on the door lock from the inside incur locksmith service for 100USD Optional Offerings - A baby crib and high chair are provided for a service fee of 30USD - A single person foldable mattress is provided for a service fee of 30USD - Airport transfers are available at an additional cost PLEASE NOTE: Abiding the Turkish Legislation Rules and Regulations.
