A privacy-focused villa with sea and nature views, suitable for 4 guests with 2 bedrooms. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and the villa offers jacuzzi comfort. A fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living area are available. The villa and pool are exclusively for guests (not shared). Private pool: 7.30 m x 3.50 m x 1.50 m. Wi‑Fi may vary depending on local infrastructure (up to 300 Mbps). Free parking is available. Pool heating is not available. Fireplace use is optional: 15 EUR/day (includes firewood and lighting/assistance). When leaving the villa, please remove and reinsert the electricity key card. At check-out, please leave your trash in the trash bin.
