Villa Caretta is an idyllic luxury villa with dazzling sea views, providing a chic, elegant and spacious private residence. The considerable space ensures a perfect place to escape and enjoy peace and quiet, making it ideal for families, friends traveling together, or for those simply wishing to relax in comfort.
The modern design and décor are fabulous in their own right, but even they cannot compete with the breathtaking views. The light on the sea and mountains during the day can be stunning, but at sunset the vista is spectacular. The views from the various terraces and balconies lead across the sea to the islands and sheltered bay.
Melinda is a sea lover, teacher, campaigner, designer, mother and activist, recently awarded
an Earth Champion ‘Change Agent’ award. She is the founder of RAW Foundation - a ground-breaking campaigning organisation targeting all types of disposable waste, particularly plastic.
She is passionate about Kas and working to conserve it's unique local environment.
The attractive bustling town of Kas with it’s pretty harbour is only seven minutes drive away. Frequent Dolmus, (small local buses) also provide cheap and easy access or, taxis are readily available. Alternatively, a morning or evening walk into Kas is pleasant.
Kas is truly a resort which retains much of its traditional character, the winding cobbled streets, colourful local shops and market place all combine to provide a real Turkish flavour, there are delightful spots to relax under the shade and soak up the atmosphere. At the same time it manages to offer excellent shopping and dining, where you can find anything from handmade carpets to leather goods, ceramics, silver items, art and crafts.
Local Activities: Many beaches for Swimming - Scuba diving - Snorkeling - Paragliding - Jeep safaris - Canoeing - White water rafting - Gulet cruises – Walking and trekking.
Further afield, you will find the dramatic cove of Kaputas and the stunning 15km sandy beach of Patara - a World Heritage Site and conservation area renowned for its turtle nesting sites.
